Where we have clearly stated and made you aware of the fact, and where you have given your express permission, we may use your details to send you products/services information through a mailing list system.

Occasionally we use a third-party CRM System (RecruitmentWorx) to send email information to Clients and Candidates. Every email sent from our internal CRM system is logged and tracked so we can measure the statistical values of the email message – e.g. bounce rates, click throughs, etc. This information is used to measure the effectiveness of our information. Your Right to Be Informed

The Right to Erasure

You may request that we erase the information which we hold about you (also known as the right to be forgotten). You may request this if you believe that we no longer need the information for which it was originally lawfully collected, and that you have withdrawn or never gave your consent for us to use the data for marketing purposes, or you feel that it was unlawfully processed. In order to comply with your wishes, we will have to cease providing you with the services. Social Media Policy & Usage

We adopt a Social Media Policy to ensure our business and our staff conduct themselves accordingly online. While we may have official profiles on social media platforms users are advised to verify authenticity of such profiles before engaging with, or sharing information with such profiles. We will never ask for user passwords or personal details on social media platforms. Users are advised to conduct themselves appropriately when engaging with us on social media.

There may be instances where our website features social sharing buttons, which help share web content directly from web pages to the respective social media platforms. You use social sharing buttons at your own discretion and accept that doing so may publish content to your social media profile feed or page.
